At the Nature of Success, I facilitate our Holistic High-Performance Program (10 sessions) and workshops along with 1:1 coaching and keynotes enabling people to:

- Evolve mental focus, perception, freedom and natural confidence
- Develop greater mental strength and resilience,
- Optimise physical health for greater vitality

I’ve spent over 15 years successfully leading teams and organisations across multiple industries and countries. I understand the challenges of working in rapidly changing environments from start-ups to large multinationals.
In 2012 I was introduced to the Nature of Success Program and Kelee® meditation. This had a profound impact on my professional and personal life, it gave me a clear way to let go of the things that were blocking my performance and open to new ways of being. It helped me develop a calm and curious approach to work and life which continues to evolve today. Since then, I’ve enjoyed coaching and teaching a wide range of people.
I combine a calm curious approach with my own real-world experiences to bring the program to life. I love helping people achieve their goals their way as smoothly as possible.
